Welcome to the home page of Randall Heiler, Attorney at Law. My practice is focused on probate and estate planning - including the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, advance medical directives and powers of attorney.
I am a native of the Sacramento area and I have been a member of the California State Bar Association since 1991. I graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1991, and received a degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1988.
After working for several firms in Sacramento, I opened my own office in Roseville in 1997. Although I worked in a number of legal fields from 1991 to 1997, my own practice has been focused on estate planning and probate matters along with chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Being self-employed has given me the flexibility to be a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and also to help coach youth baseball locally.
If you are a member of the United States Armed Forces from Northern California and you are deploying soon, you are invited to receive a Durable Power of Attorney at no cost.
The Durable Power of Attorney is a grant of legal authority to another person which allows that person to make decisions, take care of business and manage assets while you are deployed.
